Some days, it's REALLY difficult being me!

It's long and flat. If you want to race on a GP circuit, you know where you have to go.......

Having just done safety car there, I have completely changed my view of the circuit! I can see why the F1 drivers like it now!

but trev, you were in a hideous colour mini thing. It would take us about a week to get round!
Paddock Hill Bend is not flat in top!

Trevor Williams

Yes it was a hideous colour, though not as bad as the pictures made it out to be!
Probably take us 3 minutes (maybe less) but slipstreaming through Stowe would be fun!!!  ;D

Trevor,
I presume you had some people around the circuit throwing oil and debris onto the circuit deliberately, just so you could get a few more laps in?  ;D

Trevor Williams

Didn't need to!! The old minis tended to expire (I think at least 25% of them failed to finish) with one dropping oil from the start of Hanger straight all the way round to Brooklands.

The German Minis couldn't complete a lap without either the red flag being thrown or me getting the scramble call from race control!!

Oh, and I had a deal with the Clerk to have as many "sighting laps" as possible!!!!  ;D
