Can you rescue 3 citreon 2cv's

Hi, all I've seen 3 Citroën 2cv's in my area left to rot. They have been standing there for long time and need saving. I don't know who the owner is, but there parked in a drive. You can actually see the cars on Google maps street view. I can add pictures of them in my spare time, as the registration plates are faded.Maybe you can find the owner and rescue them They are in:
