Just in case anyone is unsure of the procedure (in response to some of the comments at the AGM), you need to sign on electronically again this year (entering and paying for the season or any race entry does not mean you are automatically signed on). You should have received an email from the BARC to prompt you to do this but I just thought I would write out the process from start to finish in a bid to make it clear.

Go to https://barcrm.prosolvehosting.co.uk:485/login.aspx

Log in using your username and password. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it, if you do not have an account contact the BARC and ask them to create one for you.

Upload both sides of your licence in the section shown (either by scanning or taking a photo - be aware of the file limitations dictated by the site).

Once uploaded you will be taken to the My Details section. You should be able to see your details and info about your helmet and HANS device, if not you can edit or enter these details. Note also the next of kin info in the bottom left, this may be missing information so edit and complete this section or else it will not allow you to sign on.

Once you are happy that your details are all present and correct, go to the Sign On section and you should find the option to sign on for Cadwell there. Then you just have to read the document that is presented, tick the box, and submit.

Note - if you are taking part in the paid practice you can add this to your info via the Enter Event section (select the relevant session from the list).

Also note - you will need to go through this process for every meeting, please be aware that although you may have entered and paid for the whole season, you still have to sign on for every meeting a week or so before the event.

I hope that all makes sense but if anyone is unsure what to do just shout and I am sure someone of the forum will be able to advise  :)

Just to put some more context in to this information, On-line sign on is here to stay. You have been doing it for two years, and in-person sign on will not return to any BARC event.

At the moment, the Event staff are being accommodating and assisting people who have had issues with using the electronic sign on procedure. This will not always be the case.....

Remember, if you are not signed on for an event, you will not be allowed onto the circuit.....
Some days, it's REALLY difficult being me!
