Hi Paul, I gave Brian the option of continuing to be included or not as he told me he was not interested in the competition or in winning the trophy. I did not receive a response to my question so interpreted that as he does not want to be included. I am happy to re-include him if I have got this wrong, please ask him to confirm this, thanks!
