It is with great sadness that i am typing this, to say that my former team mate and one of wayne's best friends Derek Bliss died suddenly last weekend.
Derek made up one third of Team Valeo which we raced under together with Royce Grey.He also introduced wayne to the wonderful world of 2cv racing,you couldn't help but have a good laugh when blissy was around .
I for one will never forget airborne antics at anglesey,taking royce out when we were up for a 1,2,3 finish or the 396mm sausage at the dinner dance.
