Can't remember if this was sorted, but according to the MSA, there will be a regulation requiring fuel sampling valves etc for 2009. I think that it was discussed by the techies and generally accepted that the regulation should not have any impact on us.
Can someone confirm please

Barc are not aware of 2CV's having to comply with this.

I thought we already had a fuel sampling valve. Many may know it ny its other name. "The Filler Cap"
