Title: Seat belts

Apologies, I know this is a racing forum and this has nothing to do with racing, but this is the only 2cv forum I could find.

I am looking at fitting 3 point seat belts to the rear of my Dolly. Any ideas how this is done, who would do it or if it is even possible please?
