What floor mounted handbrake do people use? Is it a BX handbrake? Anyone got a spare one?

Hi, I'm fitting a bx handbrake to my car, what cables do you use? or do they have to be made to fit?
Thanks.

We use a modified bx one that operates the standard underbonnet upright mounted to the chassis.

BX lever with the cable bit removed, clevis/rod/clevis through a hole in the bulkhead to the original underbonnet lever and standard cables.

I think Pete Sparrow had a contact who could modify cables; he needed a pair of BX cables and a pair of 2CV ones to do it with.

Thanks all, i'll first look at the rod arrangement and if unsuitable then i'll look at the cable (more costly) fittings.
