Title: Fitting the new tyres
Post by: Paul Robertson on March 04, 2010, 09:22:07
Just to help people get to grips with the toyos
We fitted ours to sammies car last night ,to reset the ride height we had to turn the tie rods in 5 full turns.Doing this carefully meant we didn't have to reset the corner weights as they were all exactly the same when we checked them.
Also during the carb testing at cadwell we fitted them and found them excellent set at 30psi.
As a bit of useless information ,interestingly when you measure them they have the same rolling circumference as a michelin125 so the gear ratios are back to standard.

I assumed that would be done yes.i check the tracking after every race ,and always after any change in ride height.
