I'll do this for all races this season.  
Assuming like for like conditions.

33%  of race 1 was lead by a webber carb; Mean lap time top 6 finishers of 2:09.22
75 % of race 2 was lead by a webber carb; Mean lap time top 6 finishers of 2:08.22
