Post by: Mary Lindsay on June 01, 2010, 13:15:11
It was great to see David O'Keeffe's 2CV racer and 24 hour car at Crystal Palace yesterday, he put in some excellent times and the car looked superb.

Quoten a past life David was a farmer,

Oh, I see! That explains everything!

Anyway he put in some really hot times at Crystal Palace and the car looked lovely. I wished that I had taken Wild Thing along but somehow she isn't quite up to it just now.

It was blue and white with Level 42 on the side. Unfortunately I never managed to find him for a chat because we were in different parts of the paddock and our paths didn't cross. I also forgot to take a photograph. Whenever I saw the car I was getting ready for my own timed runs.

Here is another interesting car that was there though.
