Stunned by tales if bottom boils and sleep deprivation, Lauren has decided she is going to pedal the 1000 miles from Lands End to John O Groats, starting tomorrow. I have bought a map and will attempt to point her in the right direction. We are collecting sponsorship for Cancer Relief and Harwell Scouts, split 50/50. Lauren has done very well to get that far.
My son Robert did it in 9 days a few years ago, but he's nuts about bikes and cycling and very tall and fit.
Fortunately, there is very recent evidence that the razor saddle has not impinged on the workings down there. In modest celebration come and see me at Snet for something for the collection box.
