Just to confirm the Sporting and Technical Regulations for 2013 are available at the BARC website under the heading Regs - http://www.barc.net/competitions/saloon-cars (http://www.barc.net/competitions/saloon-cars)

PLEASE NOTE:
There is an amendment bulletin under the News heading - http://www.barc.net/file_download/215/CITROEN+2CV+Amend+1.pdf (http://www.barc.net/file_download/215/CITROEN+2CV+Amend+1.pdf) - that contains the rules changes made at the AGM.
