unfortunately i will not be able to get to the circuit until saturday morning and being unfamiliar with the pits wondered how easy will it be to get car and trailer down to the alloted garage on the saturday, will i need to unload car and drive it through the tunnel from main pits or is it easy, cheers, ian.
Probably better that way Ian. There's usually a bit of a trailer parking area at the top of the outer paddock. Bring a hitch lock with you.
You can trailer into the inner paddock, but it's usually a bit tight in there, depending on who else is racing.
Have been checking up on this one also as I have a high top camper. Inbound tunnel is quoted at anything between 3m high and 3.3m (the latter seems to be quoted more often). However the outbound tunnel is only 2.2m and so getting out is usually at the end of the day via the inbound or (I assume) before / aftera set time on race day over the track. I think I should be ok as my Renault lwb extra high is 2.7 plus roof vent. And as we are 2nd to last race I don't think well be packed up before the end of the day.
Be aware of this chaps and chapesses. Especially if wanting entry on Saturday morning.
See you tomorrow night.
Bully
