Starter

Crab and Salmon Fishcake with Dill and Lime Mayonnaise

Main Course

Supreme of Chicken with Rich Gravy, Sage Seasoning, Chipolata and Bacon, Fondant Potato and Green Beans

Dessert

Belgian White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake

Vegetarian Option

Starter

Chef's Leek and Potato Soup, Crusty Bread

Main Course

Penne Pasta with Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables and a Tomato and Basil Sauce

Dessert

Belgian White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake

The hotel will be making special alterations to meals for those with allergies such as gluten etc.

If you don't have a V next to your name on the 'People List' then you will be receiving the non veggie option, if you wish to change this please let me know by the 7th November.

Gluten free dessert is chocolate fudge cake, so I have Patrick and one of Christine's people down for that
