Is it just me or don't these figures add up?
£210 x 8 = 1680
+£300 =£1980
Entry enbloc for all races (except 24hr race):
These are preseason discounts provided your correctly completed form with full payment has been received by 1st March. This
represents a saving of £187 for Eco class and £280 for Club Class
This should have made the enbloc figure for club class £1700 shouldn't it? That's £200 per entry if there were 20 entries that's £4000 and the sprints lost money! No wonder
Good job we now have someone in charge of the purse strings who can do adding up :-)
I wrote that entry form, Paul, and while I was doing it, the prices were subject to a few changes. I think in the original draft the enduro race didn't exist.
It's possible that during the course of those changes, I've only changed the table, not the 'adding up' further down.
As I'm sure you know, costs for the sprint races are worked out on an estimated grid size, and I think at a few rounds we were short of that figure. That's how revenue was lost, not by me failing to update figures on an entry form.
