There are hotel rooms blocked out for guests attending the dinner/dance (18th November, Westmead Hotel). £60 double, £50 single. Call direct to the hotel using the code BK74265 not the ref previously given BK80576 as that one is for 2018 (thank you Foxy). Think booking two years has confused the hotel. Hope this prevents future confusion!
