Having had a chat with Lien i looked at the paddock plan for Donington ,it shows us in garages 11 to 36 on Sunday and Britcar in garages 11 to 36 on Saturday.Not sure where that leaves those of us who were planning to go on Friday night.
It will also depend on all the Britcar competitors vacating the garages on Saturday.
BBQ at 19:00 in the garages trophies will be presented after the food.
We are in the garages which is fantastic news! We will have to wait for the Brit Cars to vacate before we can get in as Paul says, their last race finishes at 17:35 on the Saturday so hopefully the switch over of them leaving and us getting in will be relatively smooth.
I will enquire as to what happens if people are testing/arriving Friday etc. and post on this thread.
Ticket allocation as per normal i.e. 4 tickets per driver
Do we know when signing on and scrutineering is? It's not on the timetable!
It is on the latest timetable which is on the club's website.
Sign on at 07-45 am and scrutineering at 07-50 am. There is also a briefing for new drivers at 08-30 am.
Sorry, I've just noticed that BARC has now put out a new timetable which is different to the one on our website so everything could have changed!
As you say there is a different timetable on the BARC website ad the Renault Clio juniors are no longer on the timetable. But I guess it wouldn't change the timings of us signing on but who knows l.
