Just to confirm the Dinner/Dance will take place on 19th November, with dinner served from 7pm, at the Westmead Hotel, Redditch Road, Hopwood, Birmingham B48 7AL. I'm just in the process of confirming final costings with the hotel, the cost per person is likely to be between £40 to £50. Once I have definite costings I will post an online form for you to complete to confirm your attendance.
In the meantime, please feel free to start booking your room for the overnight stay on 19th November if you want to. To receive the booking discount you must book by calling the hotel directly on 0121 445 1202 and quote reference BK123379. £70 for double, £60 for single, including breakfast.
I can also confirm the AGM will take place as usual earlier the same day, formal notification and exact timings will be posted soon.
