Two PHBH28's came to me on a project Citroen Dyane. Previous owner had started a conversion - lightened flywheel, twin carbs, open exhaust, etc - but it looks like they'd never completed it and then abandoned the project for years - stored in a dry home garage with the engine loosely assembled.
The pair of carbs was fitted but not fully plumbed-in. I don't know the exact usage they've had, but they are pretty clean and visually there is minimal wear on the slides so I can't promise it but the chances are they have hardly run, if at all.
The only defect I can see is one of the cable adjuster ends is 'belled-out'. It could be crimped closed again, or it's a trivial replacement item.
Complete with a pair of twin-cable adapters - one for throttle, one for choke - and cone filters. Plus the previous owner's pair of intake pipes which'll save butchering another original manifold.
I'm rebuilding the Dyane as an ordinary road car so I'm going back to standard set-up.
