Anyone know where to get carb jets from?
In particular I'm after a couple of size 40 accelerator jets(?) Perhaps you might even let me know what I'm talking about - brass tube, spurts into primary choke when you accelerate?

Most of us have to get them out of second hand carbs.This sort of stuff is gathered over years of mucking around.If you cant find a 40 a 35 will be pretty close.This jet is know where near as important as the the main jets.The other jets especaily the fuel jets can be got out of other carbs but be careful as they sometimes have different threads.If I remeber rightly someone had had some blank ones made so that you could drill them to suit but cant remember who.
