Has anyone measured their cam and cam timing? I have to confess that I've never bothered until this year - that's 7 years without getting round to it! In any other formula people where people can build their own engines and they don't know what's going on with lift and timing - to not know how or not to bother would be considered unusual or at least slack.
I hope to be able to demonstrate my patent measuring device to people in the near future. Copies of this thing are easily produced and the process takes about 20mins per engine.
If folk are happy to have their engines subject to scrutiny I'd be happy to oblige. However, if we don't pin our colours to the mast it is of academic interest what the timing/profile/lift might be.
