Title: Common taters notes
Post by: Ainslie Bousfield on September 15, 2008, 19:35:40
Friends, Romans, Countrymen, lend me your ears.

For Yorkshire folk - Now then! ;)

The Commentary Sheets folder has gone walkabout after Snetterton.

It was not in the commentary box at the end of the race and Lewis Beales (Snet Commentator) does not have it. :'(

If you took it home to update your Christmas card list can you please bring it along to Mallory and give it to me.

Otherwise I will only have to start making it all up again  >:(

I'll write you out a new sheet, Ainslie. A whole new set of fabrications and trivia.
Title: I'm reminded

Dear Ainslie:

I saw your note and was reminded that I had not yet thanked you for your sterling work on the commentary / Radio Fine Print during the 24hr.

Most listeners will not have been aware that, owing to a bit of a mix up, we were in fact a common tater light over the weekend. Ainslie, in his laconic way, took on the role of the fourth man in the box and did a super job.

So, thanks very much from me, on behalf of all those who were listening.
