Please be aware that it is our intention to hold the AGM in the afternoon prior to the dinner dance (November 16th 2013) details of time and agenda items will be published when available.
Please be aware that we are planning to hold the AGM at the Angel Hotel, Market Harborough on Saturday 16th November from 2pm until 4pm.
The is the afternoon of the Dinner Dance so we are hoping that members come for the AGM then stay on for the Dinner Dance in the evening. The room is booked from 1.30pm so please come a few mins early to make yourselves comfortable for the 2pm start.

Everyone that is currently listed as a member on our database was e-mailed a week ago with the agenda. If you have not reciveved your e-mail please let me know.
Please also let me know if you are coming or not so that I can make sure the room booked is suitable for the number of people attending.
