As you are all aware the Technical committee are continuing to review a number of each cars at each meeting.
Any Issues are noted and each competitor is advised of our observations.
However at the reviews in Mallory last weekend it was noted on several cars that the Harness Mountings are not safe or as per Guidelines.
PLEASE CAN WE ASK YOU ALL TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR HARNESS INSTALLATIONS. Buckle threading, Angles, no rubbing on frames, and safety pins in clips, dates, etc etc.
We urge you to review the manufacturers installation instructions as well as the MSUK guidance notes. (Attached).
You are responsible for self certifying your car as safe to race. Please satisfy yourself that it is the case.
Further Official Bulletins may follow but I felt it important enough to put this out there.
