Marty is right, the budget is a perennial problem for the Classic teams.
Without a promotional price as that offered to the UK 2cv at Spa, many Classic EURO cars will still sleep in the garage.
It's very sad and I don't think that will change in the future.
Anyway new C1 are still coming and they will take the place of the Classic initially (buisness buisness).
