Thank you, it was 5:26 on my watch which was nice.

My knee injury also came back after mile 15. Which made my pace go from an expected sub 5 hour to 5 and a half.

Just happy to of finished

Hi everybody!

I never thought I would be the type of person to run long distances, but here I am, training to take on the incredible challenge of completing the London Marathon in April 2024.

I have chosen to run for the charity Mind because I believe that mental health is a big thing that many people struggle with. Mind is a great charity that continues to raise awareness for mental health, and I want to show my support towards them. As they say, "When you're experiencing a mental health problem, supportive and reliable information can change your life. That's what we do. We empower people to understand their condition and the choices available."

I am participating in the 2024 TCS London Marathon, which will take place on 21st April 2024. My goal is to raise £500 for this important cause.

With your support, we can make a difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health issues. Your contribution will help provide vital resources and support to empower individuals and promote understanding.

Please consider making a donation towards my fundraising efforts. Together, we can create a world where everyone has access to the help they need.

Thank you so much for your generosity and support!

Races (not 24 hr) / Re: Race Dates and venues

I personally think option B is the best option.

I can understand everyone's side to the discussion. And I can completely understand the amount of time and effort the committee have gone through to get us a season of racing.

For me the issue is  the travelling to wales twice in 2 weeks. Having a non championship enduro race that could cause damage to the cars and engines and having not a lot of time to sort these out. It will be a shame to only have a 3 round sprint season, but as it is I think this is the best way to get round this situation.

Thank you again to the committee.

The enduro is part of the championship correct?

Hi Martin,

It is a GoPro hero 5 if this helps.

The camera will be In and recording for the races and qualifying so it works then that Will be very cool

Hi Martin,

Ok perfect.

Just let them know that we will not have a clue how it works and they will need to help set it up. Thank you

Hi Martin, that is very exciting. We do have a go pro. However it might be better using theres, and if they could come help us so we know what they want us to do that would be amazing.

Thanks

Perfect. It would be great publicity for the club. Hope we can find a good solution.
