Formal notice is hereby given of the 2019 AGM to be held at The Westmead Hotel, Redditch Road, Hopwood, Alvechurch, Birmingham, B48 7AL on 16 November 2019 at 1500hrs. Agenda, proxy form, technical proposals etc will be attached ASAP.

The minutes from the board and open combined meeting at Brands Hatch are attached. Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend.

Thank you to everyone who came to Brands! Thank you to the racers for putting on some of the best racing we've seen. Thank you Wayne and Team Gadget for the BBQ. Thank you to everyone who took the time to come along to the meeting on Saturday and give us such good feedback. Most of all thanks to everyone for being the best bunch of people you could spend a weekend with and making the club what it is!

Better late than never.... 2018 financial summary attached.

Please find attached the minutes of the meeting held on 18th March at the Westmead Hotel. A very positive meeting looking back at a successful Race Retro and forwards towards the 2019 racing season which already has good entry numbers for the opening races.

I've attached a couple of line drawings I've used to play with liveries in the past. It's quite therapeutic to print out the blank 3/4 view and get out the crayons  ;D

Thank you to everyone who came to Race Retro - bringing cars, building up and breaking down the stand, manning the stand and talking to visitors and everyone who came to say hello! We had a lot of very positive interest, and the cars and stand looked amazing and really showed what a great thing 2CV racing is :)

Hi Wayne, I'm in charge of RR. We have an even bigger stand this year and 6 tickets per day so the more the merrier!

I'm looking forward to getting my Motorsport mag in the post. Couldn't find a copy in any of the local shops.

Thanks to everyone who took part yesterday. It was great to see 2CV Racing so well represented and that we had the closest battles in the saloons races!

Thank you so much for the kind words, Colin. It's been a very positive year and the board meetings have always had a good vibe about them. We've made a lot of progress and hope to capitalise on it next year and have even more good news to share with you. It would be nice to see some more people come to the AGM as we're proud of what we've achieved and we all look forward to sharing it with you.

Hi guys,
We don't have our calendar for next year fully finalised yet except for the 24hr race. Price depends very much on which car and team and extras inc people to run it, caterinf etc. There may be a car you could hire to share for sprint rounds as we always have double headers and a lot of teams have a different driver for each race. I think a test day in a Scottish car sounds like a perfect way to start though :)

A technical and sporting meeting is due to be held immediately afterwards. As the meeting to finalise the regulations was only held yesterday, details of the regulations and proxy form for this meeting will be published as soon as possible in due course.
