"For those not aware there is a group of greenies hell bent on Spa having their licence revoked due to noise, or maybe there are after a payoff who knows.

Click on the green "je desire signer..." and fill out your name in the first column, first name in the second column, address and so on, ("Pays" is country for those who dont know, I didn't) Tick the little box at the bottom (je desire...) and then click the box on the right and it'll go through
