Phew! What a relief!

I sat down to watch Top gear on Sunday night worried that coverage of our 24hr race may be dropped for a story of lesser importance.

Imagine my relief when I saw the feature on which fictional tv/film character can driver fastest. As I rolled on the floor in hysterics at this subtle and intellectual form of television comedy, the like of which hasn't been seen since "It's a Knockout", I had to take my hat off to the BBC for taking the decision to bump our feature in favour of this sort of entertainment.

Let's hope next week they manage to scale even greater heights in television journalism. Horses on bikes, perhaps....
