castor/camber

Can anybody tell me how much i need to turn the front arms to get the correct castor or roughly how much castor angle the cars run?, and while i'm at it how much negative camber should i use?   :)

Turn them 9 or 10mm,camber is everyones own choice,from 1 to 4 degrees

 :) thanks for the advice, i have cut and welded the arms moving them round 10 mm and with 2.5deg neg camber, now its realy starting to look like a race car!
