Get your wallet out after the race, fill out the protest form, and put a protest into the Clerk within the 30 minute time limit.....

Yes, that is the official approach but what would the outcome be, a talking to and a slapped wrist but that would be about it. Better to publish the footage and hopefully they will see the error of their ways!  ::)

If its seen by an observer, and reported to Race Control, action will be taken. If its not seen, its up to the competitor to escalate...
