Nah, it's the rubber bung thing that fits in the top of the stainless filler neck!! And is attached to the car via a flexible tether

I found a second manufacturer in USA who had some in stock and got 7 in before the race. They are beautifully made and ready to go. Sadly, in the rush, I clicked the wrong part number. If you want bungs for a 25mm pipe, I can help!

However, now we are aware of the two USA manufacturers, I'll liaise with the Tech committeee and get some ordered before March.

The current ones are petrol resistant neoprene, not petrol proof. Petrol proof have to be specially made of a different rubber type material. A suggestion to extend the life of the neoprene ones is to take them out of the petrol vapour environment except when actually in use.

Shaw are one manufacturer, but they had no stock availabe in the time scale we then needed. There is another up in Wisconsin. Design and prices are pretty much the same.

Ash I think even if you did get one from Shaw, if I remember correctly the first one that where brought in (I shipped them) had to be machined down to fit the necks, I may and would need to check have a spare one - I am back in the UK in a few weeks if you have no luck by then.
