Is it possible that the minutes from the AGM and the subsequent board meetings are available. 

We are about to start the new season, and the regs are not available on BARC website if searching through the BARC site, discussion at the AGM are not visible and technical changes to regulations not apparent!  Id like to review the minutes to check the changes as discussed against what has / will / should be published.  Thus closing the loop on the suites of changes vioted for and review the items that were put on hold / deemed require further investigations. 

Crossing T's and dotting I's so to speak.

Regs: Just copied you into an email about this to the BARC. It seems our regs are published, but the navigation from our championship page is broken.
