Shame. Even after reading the other comments I'm still in favour of the change going ahead for one year.

PS. If we're going to start quoting rules, then wouldn't an EGM sort the problem of introducing the amendment? Also, I hope everyone has paid their membership fees prior to racing this year...can, worms, opened...?
