Despite a lot of hard work on our behalf by Andy Bothwell, most of the journalists cried off. However, quite a lot of good was done.

Paul Ravenhill brought along his locally based car and Andy Pirt and Alan Smith brought up the Gate-A-Mation car.

David Bennett of BBC Radio Norfolk did some laps and helped compile a radio piece for their use during their broadcast of the F3/GT meeting at Snet this weekend.

Andy Wallace, brother of Graham Wallace - a leading 2CV driver, took time out from testing the Zytek to have his first ever run in a 2CV. He thinks it would be quicker with a paddle gear shift !

The two 2CV's went out with the Team Taurus Lola Caterpillar (diesel powered) and some excellent pics were taken. You can see some on www.dailysportscar.com. User name 'snetterton' and password 'dday'.

Some have asked the question about camping. There can be no camping inside the circuit on the Thursday night - you can arrive from 7.30 am Friday. There is grass on the approach to the main gate, and you could pitch there. The good news is that you can stay over inside the circuit on Sunday night. The Tyrrells bar will stay open on Sunday evening while people are buying.
