Dinner/Dance organisation

Does anybody fancy organising the dinner/dance this year? It's a pretty straightforward task, broadly involving liaising with the hotel, choosing the menu, sending out the invites and sorting the table plans. It would suit someone with good organisation skills and I am happy to support and advise so you wouldn't be dropped in it at the deep end!
