Has everyone that has lost an engine over the 24hr as a result of valve and piston contact lost the OS or NS head?

Interested to know if there's a pattern to loss, ie all holed pistons OS but all dropped inlet valves NS or similar.

Anyone found an engine spec that didn't receive damage yet...
