BARC Membership & 2CV Racing Club membership

I understand that for the 24 I can do a day (event) membership for the 2cv racing club and also for the BARC - both of £30 each.

As I will have many things going round my head before the start of this race, would it be possible to prepay these costs, prior to the event and have one less thing to think about at the event?

If I can, where do I send the cash?

Sorry if its sound a bit tight, but I'd struggle with the yearly membership and can only afford to do the one race.
