Having missed out on the early bird 'Race Entry' discount (because as always I do not know what I am up too work wise ever) it looks like I may well be able to do the all the remaining rounds - which will cost me £1560.00 (£1960 with the Oulton Rounds added) How stupid was I not taking a risk and doing the 'Early Bird Deal' I'm now thinking of throwing an Eco Class Engine in my car and save myself £520 quid for the rest of the season - or we will have to sit out the Croft rounds!  - Anyone looking for a 'Share Drive for the 2hr Endurance' - let me know

It appears that several cars were not ready for Oulton. The Club has agreed a special 'Rather Late Early Bird' deal for those that want to do the next three meetings at Croft, Cadwell Park and Brands Hatch and who sign up and pay before Croft. The cost will be reduced pro-rata. Watch out for the broadcast email going out next week and more info here.

Hi:

Been away, just read your message. We'll sort the 'Rather Late Early Bird' price and post here before the end of the weekend. I doubt there will be a new order form, we shall just tell you to write in the new lower pro-rata figure.

And as a special bonus, our new associate sponsor, 'Invisible Glass' should be handing out sample bottles of their superb glass cleaner with rain repellent at Croft to any car that agrees to carry two stickers.

'Rather Late Early Bird' Entry fees - special extension deal

Some cars were not quite ready to race at Oulton Park. To help those teams, it has been decided to establish a 'Rather Late Early Bird' proportionate reduction for Eco and Club cars starting their 2016 race season at Croft.

If you look at the entry form at: www.2cvracing.org.uk, the late entry fee for all the races at the three meetings at Croft, April 22/23, Cadwell Park, May 14/15  and Brands Hatch, June 25/26, will be down from £1000 to £750 for Eco and from £1500 to £1125 for Club. When completing the form, just write in: Rather Late Early Bird, with date, and enter the appropriate amount from above in the Total Payment box.

To benefit from this special extension, you must enter and pay in full before Croft. After that, all entries will be accepted on an individual race basis.
