Ecas , have they supply or cash flow problems ??

Have ECAS got a problem AGAIN ? :cry:  I've sent 5 or 6 emails chasing up an outstanding order , and have not had the courtesy of a reply which is most unusual..........or am I being pessimistic  :?   My experience of business's over the years is that when people don't reply to communications they have a problem elsewhere :oops:

I have been asked by Richard Dalton (one of the owners of ECAS) to reply to the question of replies to ECAS's e-mails.

The reason for this is that I mentioned the posting to Richard, as we are both at Snetterton (2CV 24 hour race) at the moment.  He is running an ECAS parts marquee (as Roy is at the London to Brighton) and we are covering the event for the 2CV Racing Club's web site.

Richard says that there are no problems with ECAS but that there may have been a problem with one e-mail address - these things happen.

Please post back to this noticeboard giving your e-mail address if the problem has not resolved and we will ensure that your message is dealt with without further delay.
