Here is the first gallery of pictures from this year's race.  All pictures courtesy of Suzanne Peedell (me).  More galleries will be added to this topic in due course.  I hope that you enjoy them.

The race starts at 4.00pm on Saturday but you should be able to tune in on Saturday via part 1 to see what's going on at the track.

Can a spectator like me come on Friday to save me the hassle of getting to Snetterton & getting sorted before the race begins?

I will be at Snetterton this year and I will be available for photography purposes.

Just like last year I am happy to provide galleries (using Google photo albums) for individual teams/cars.  If this is of interest to you, please let me know in advance and tell me the team name & car number. If there are any particular corners/angles that appeal to you (assuming I can get to them) then please say so.

I won't have accreditation but Snetterton is friendly-enough from behind the fences. I hope you won't object to me popping in & out of the garages.

One other thing: this year I will have Robert with me. Many of you know him already. For those who aren't aware, Robert is my disabled + learning disabilities brother. He will be very well-behaved but I suspect he will want to keep saying Hi to everybody. I will make sure he wears a hi-vis waistcoat while in the paddock/garages and he won't get in the way of anyone - but he does move slowly & instructions take a bit longer to process. He won't be unsupervised at all but we apologise in advance if there is any confusion.

We intend to arrive on Friday afternoon and I hope we will be granted access to the circuit because we aren't affiliated to any team or have Classic 2CV Racing Club 'access'. We have a tent that's easy to erect other than the fact that I'm too short to pull the outer cover over the top on my own.  If there's anyone available who could give me a helping hand then I'd be really grateful.

I've also put new batteries in my outrageous rainbow cape & shall parade round the paddock at night. Consider yourselves warned...

Hi folks

I am in the process of sorting through a LOT of 24 Hour 2CV photographs. Even though I was a spectator instead of accredited media, I seem to have taken a vast number of pictures.  As I am sure everyone has better things to do than wade through 2500+ pictures (unless you have a masochistic streak), I wondered if it would be easier to create a series of photo albums on Google Pictures by team as well as one giant album. Some of you will have seen some of the team albums on Facebook. There is a photo album devoted to just the Podium pictures too - the link is below.

If any team wants a dedicated photo album to their team then let me know the car number and team name and I'll get to work on it.  Rosie Racing, Muffin Motorsport, SL Racing and Reggie-Mental Racing have already got their albums.

EDIT ON 16 SEPTEMBER 2024: Just to say that there will be a couple of "Who? What? Where?" galleries too from heavy rain & spray and a rather trippy night photo album (think 2CV ECG + migraine + anxiety dream and you'll get the idea) where I really can't identify individual cars in the weather conditions.
